Oh, Robert Pattinson...

So after reading the fantastic summaries of the Twilight books and the movie, I found this awesome R Pattz (Robert Pattinson) quote regarding his views on the sparkly vampire he plays in Twilight.

"When you read the book," says [Robert] Pattinson, looking appropriately pallid and interesting even without makeup, "it's like, 'Edward Cullen was so beautiful I creamed myself.' I mean, every line is like that. He's the most ridiculous person who's so amazing at everything. I think a lot of actors tried to play that aspect. I just couldn't do that. And the more I read the script, the more I hated this guy, so that's how I played him, as a manic-depressive who hates himself. Plus, he's a 108-year-old virgin so he's obviously got some issues there."

I loved him as Cedric from GoF, but, oh lordy, this just makes me love him even more. And after suffering through both the first book and the movie, I totally agree with him. If anything, the first line he utters just secures my love for him. XD

AND he chopped off his hair even though all the movie suits told him he wasn't allowed to and he's just...a total badass. :D Oh yeah and he sings and stuff? HELLO, NURSE.

haha. I knew about him singing before I saw the movie because I saw the soundtrack released on iTunes. I think he has a pretty decent voice. I know I certainly wouldn't mind him singing to me. :P But it was his opinions on the books and Edward that just solidified his badassery.
