Third Creative Writing Assignment

Another creative writing assignment! About a page describing a person. Enjoy! :D
She blinks several times in rapid succession, her cerulean eyes glassy from salty tears as she hoped to blink the foreign object out of her eye. The ebony mascara caking her lashes flakes off in miniscule shards, peppering her lower lid, blackening the slate kohl rimming her lower lashes. A light flashes, blinding, white, and pure. Her pupils dilate, the small obsidian center enlarging, filling and replacing the cerulean until the blue is merely a rim. Seconds later the process is inverted as the blue overtakes the pupil.
Her ear perks up, a minute motion, as she sorts through her brain for a translation into her native tongue. Understanding, she curves her spine and tucks her hips in, marvelling in the shifting of fabric – the sliding of cool crimson silk against her lily white flesh, grazing each individual vertebrae as she tears her finely weaved muscles in a stretch, arching her lithe frame. Her plump lips are smudged with a cherry red matte stain, matching the color placed high on her sharp cheek bones, slicing the air provided by an oscillating fan. Chocolate waves swirl around her, plastering themselves to her sticky lips and cutting across her eyes like tiny blades. The soft waves trail across her chest, snaking into the dip between her small breasts, tickling the nape of her neck, and finally weaving their way across her silk-covered back, criss-crossing down to brush the area where her spine meets the hips.
Another flash resounds throughout the empty space and she shifts, bending her knees before leaping into the steamy air – an image frozen in time.
I was also contemplating writing about a cadaver. Idea for next time!
